**SVP Sales - Artificial Intelligence, Life Sciences**

Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with an international AI Biotech. We are currently recruiting for an SVP Sales. This role is hybrid; London.

**Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to**:

- Develop annual sales plans, developing a global commercial team from the ground up
- Manage and continuously improve sales processes across the biopharma market
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports for the board, setting incentives and KPI programmes
- Create the sales playbook for large pharma clientele
- Negotiate key accounts, building and expanding on relationships
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to refine products

**To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements**:

- 10+ years experience across technical sales across Life Sciences
- Consultative background across Life Sciences
- Built a commercial team
- Led a team of more than 10
- BA degree minimum
