**The Opportunity**:
As the Programme Coordinator in our Environmental Assurance team, you will be responsible for delivering efficient & high-quality facilitation, planning and administration related to the appointment of freshwater farm plan certifiers and auditors nationally.
- Regularly report on programme requirements and internal performance.
- Create and update customer programme documentation & compliance.
- Navigate through a digital platform to manage and monitor open jobs.
- Contribute to continual process improvement.

**About you**:
This role is for someone who wants to learn, and who ideally has a passion for farming and the environment. Confidence and the ability to self-source solutions are very useful to the continued success and development of this position as you will need to be decisive and responsive to requirements.
- Prior intermediate or senior level experience in a coordination role.
- Previous administration and/or customer service experience from a fast paced, communicative environment.
- Quick at learning complex information, processes & computer systems.
- Excellent initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly & professional customer service skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Proven skills in data management and data integrity, with fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Strong communication and relationship building capability.
- Previous experience within a compliance and auditing environment is an advantage.
