You will have the opportunity to be part of a team that operates across the county and also being part of a national organisation. If you want to make a real difference to people's lives by assisting them to find a way forward with their problems, this is the role for you.

Previous advisor experience is not necessary as full training is provided - our adviser training programme needs to be, and is very thorough. It is important that we are giving the correct advice and information to our clients and also recording it appropriately. Trainees are fully supported throughout their training journey. You could be advising after 6 months and fully trained after 12 to 18 months, or sooner.
