**HR Administrator**

We are a managed service provider for IT support and infrastructure solutions where we support clients worldwide 24/7. Working as the HR Administrator you will provide HR administration support to the HR team, ensuring a consistent and high level of service is provided to Line managers and employees at all times.
We are looking for people who are passionate about people, administration and increasing their existing knowledge, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
**A snapshot of what you will be doing**:
- Manage the HR inbox for all queries and requests and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner and escalated to the relevant team member as appropriate.
- Support the on boarding of new employees - preparing offer letters, contracts of employment, taking up references and ensuring all internal processes for new starters are completed.
- Manage the leaver’s process - updating systems, termination letters, arrange exit interviews.
- Prepare standard HR letters for current employees as required, adjusting the content to reflect individual circumstances.
- Maintain and update the HR database
- Monitor core HR processes, such as attendance management and probation periods, advising line managers as required and preparing and issuing relevant letters.
- Prepare ID cards for all employees as required and provide support and required documentation to line managers
- Support the Employee Recognition Scheme & Long Service Awards ensuring that letters are issued to employees and gifts are purchased as required.
- Provide general administration support to the HR team including dealing with the post, answering the phone, filing and compiling HR documents.
- Take minutes at meetings as required.
**What are we looking for?**
- At least 2 years’ experience in HR Administration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good attention to detail / accuracy and numerical skills
- Demonstrable customer service ethos and good time management skills
- CIPD qualifications or study desirable
ESP offers a basic salary between £24,000 - £26,000 + pension, life assurance and access to ongoing training and career development.
This role is working Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm
