**HR Business Partner / HRBP - Lincoln**
Our client is leading services based company, where they are looking for a highly capable HR professional to join their team in Lincoln. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company and to have the opportunity to be instrumentaland advise / support the business with sound HR experience. This position requires a confident HR professional who can collaborate with the leadership team and someone who used to delivering the strategic vision/ plans.
**HRBP / HR Business Partner outline of responsibilities**:

- Supporting the delivery of the HR strategy across the business and HR team
- ER - Supporting and advising on matters arising in relation to employee relations issues and support managers accordingly
- Recruitment - Managing and supporting the recruitment processes
- L&D - Ensure performance and learning and development activities are understood, embedded and delivered within management teams
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with other departments to support business goals
- Comfortable and adept at using people data to provide a rationale for decisions and investments including extracting and working with HR data
- Work as part of a cross functional team to develop HR practices and processes across the business
- Be aware of all indicators of employee experience and champion culture audits and employee engagement activity across areas of responsibility
- Ensure mental health and wellbeing is high on the agenda across areas of responsibility and employees feel it is taken seriously and an open discussion topic

**Requirements for the HRBP role:
**- An experienced HR professional / HRBP used to working closely with managers delivering the people strategy and reach business goals
- Organised, enjoy working at pace and be a natural communicator
- Experience in leading HR projects alongside the HRBP core responsibilities
- Comfortable in combining your HR expertise with commercial and operational judgement to support business leaders with solutions
- Minimum CIPD level 5 qualified ideally CIPD 7
- Technically capable on key HR disciplines with a strong grasp of employment and recruitment law
