By joining the The Supply Register staff bank you will receive regular updates from dedicated Partnership Executives about immediate requirements (daily, short term and long-term supply) as well of any upcoming positions within the trust on either a permanentor fixed term basis.

**Duties will include**:

- Provide and deliver excellent HR administration service across the school
- Deliver excellent customer service when required
- Monitor the mailbox and respond to any queries
- Provide professional and proactive HR support service
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times
- Confidence in dealing with pay-related enquiries
- Experience of recruitment and on-boarding, with particular focus on safer recruitment processes.
- Sickness absence and monitoring Provision of quality workforce information and reports HR systems administration and implementation Experience of giving first level advice on policy and procedures Casework administration, file management and record keeping
