About You
This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking, inspiring and motivated individual to join our school. You will be expected to
Establish productive working relationships with students, acting as a role model and mentor to set high expectations.Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all students within the classroom.Support students consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs.Work under the direction of the behaviour team in promoting high standards of behaviour with students in Turnaround, and supporting students in developing strong behaviours for learning across the school.Liaise with the pastoral team, SENDCo, and parents to provide inclusion strategies.
