FINTEC recruit is delighted to be recruiting for a Land Sourcing Officer for our Renewable Energy client. This is a permanent position, working full time Monday to Friday, salary negotiable by experience plus car allowance; bonus and opportunity to invest in company portfolio. This is a home based remote position based in Scotland, with travel out to land sites to meet with clients. The role can be based in any region in Scotland preferably centrally based for travel purposes. Full training will be given on appointment. Working for a fast growing renewable energy business offering career development potential. Experience with Wayleave agreements and energy suppliers is an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Finding and engaging with Land owners for renewable energy developments
- Meeting with landowners and Land Agents in discussing potential promotion of their land for renewable energy projects
- Negotiate, discuss and agree terms for projects
- Maintain and build strong relationships with clients.

Skills and Qualifications required for the Land Sourcing Officer role:

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as a team player and using own initiative
- Experience with wayleave agreements and working with energy suppliers
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise competing demands and priorities and meet deadlines
- Be positive, have lots of initiative and a can-do attitude.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- An interest in renewable energy desirable
