**Team Support Coordinator**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment Support**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, obtain feedback, and provide updates on recruitment status.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.

**TEAM SUPPORT Administration**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits enrolment.
- Generate Team Support reports and compile data for various Team Support metrics and analytics.
- Support the administration of Team Support programs, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining and updating Team Support documents, such as employee handbooks, policies, and forms.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding Team Support policies, procedures, and benefits.

**Employee Relations**:

- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and activities, such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and events.
- Support employee communication efforts by drafting Team Support-related announcements, newsletters, and other communications.

**Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by maintaining accurate employee records and supporting Team Support audits.
- Assist in creating and updating Team Support policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices.

**Essential Criteria**:

- A level education
- 2 years proven experience as a Team Support Coordinator
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.

Desirable Criteria
- Degree level education
- 5 years proven experience as a Team Support Coordinator
- Familiarity with Team Support policies, procedures, and employment-related laws and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£33,600.00 per year
