We have just the role for you as a Business Services Co-ordinator. What it's like to work here You'll be partof a team that covers the South West primarily working out of the Bristol Hub but with an opportunity for hybrid working. We're looking for someone with a strong administrative skillset, able to turn their hand to whatever comes their way - whether it’s helpingan archaeologist with archiving, helping a property with purchasing, or helping to induct new team members, you’ll want to help others and get involved. You’ll have the ability to work with a wide range of team members and different disciplines across theregion. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skillset.What you'll be doing The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same so you’ll have to love variety. As well as supportingday to day operations, you’ll have the chance to support a variety of projects and offer your advice beyond your team. You’ll always champion best practice when it comes to business support and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there’sa better way of doing something.

This role has a strong focus on projects, including supporting project boards for specific projects, helping to co-ordinate projects generally across the region, and assisting projects with specific requests on an ad hoc basis. These include nature conservationand improvement projects, habitat projection projects, looking after buildings, and infrastructure projects.

Who we're looking for We'd love to hear from you if you have:

- Relevant experience in a Business Support environment; along with facilities or office supervision responsibility
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Great team player
- Flexible and customer - focused with strong customer service skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritise own workload
- Well organised and attention to detail
- Advanced IT Skills
