Showsec has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our busy Training Department.

**What you will be doing**:

- Providing an administrative service for all training sessions including creating and maintaining standardised pre-training information, sending out joining instructions, ensuring maximum attendance, and booking venues.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all training related enquiries and activities as required and provide administrative support to other departments.
- Liaising with awarding bodies, marking of paperwork and online examination material and to book exam papers and administration of certificates upon completion.
- Providing accurate financial records when booking training sessions, including raising purchase order numbers and ensuring all invoices are paid for.
- Organising travel arrangements for department management when running training sessions or on company business. Manage and enforce internal meeting room and car park bookings for Head Office.
- Supporting the training centre commercially especially in the promotion and administration of Showsec training and boardroom facilities.
- Keeping up-to-date and accurate qualification records.
- Reviewing and checking post course documentation.
- Creating reports and statistics based on training courses undertaken.
- Creating and maintaining worker files, payroll numbers and inform booking department of newly trained workers.

**What we need from you**:

- IT skills including Microsoft Office and web-based programs.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Administration experience.
