Temporary Administrator & Accounts
2 days preferably Tuesday and Thursday working 10 hours a week - This role is ongoing
My client is a small independent business and they are looking for someone on a part time basis to assist the business owner for around 10 hours a week.
You need to be well organised, with excellent initiative, plus you will be using Word and Excel
This an ongoing role and your main responsibilities are:
- General Administration
- Answering calls and taking messages
- A little Social Media
- Create monthly invoices and statements
- Chasing sales invoices
- Creating new job sheets
- Quotations for clients
- Month end filing
- Purchase invoices and remittance statement on Excel
- Help Prep VAT paperwork
- Month end bank payments
