**Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking to work for a renowned global business such as DHL?**

**This role will offer you valuable experience working for two highly commended senior business leaders within a diverse and supportive environment.**

**DHL Global Forwarding UK** are looking for an Executive Assistant to support both our VP & CEO of Industrial Projects.

This is a **12-month fixed term contract **(Maternity Cover), working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday**, **09:00 to 17:30 or 08:00 to 16:00. You can either **work from home** or within our head office in **Chertsey** or a **hybrid mix**.

**Your role as an Executive Assistant**
- Supporting CEO and VP with:

- Travel - including flights, hotels, parking, taxis, visas
- Expenses - including verifying expenses reports
- Diary management - scheduling meetings via teams or booking meeting rooms in Chertsey or off-site locations
- Any other ad-hoc admin
- Finances
- Raising POs and sending invoices to accounts for payment using the GeT system and requesting the set-up of new suppliers that are not on the system.
- Events/Meetings
- Looking for suitable venue options, booking accommodation, creating agendas, planning activities, arranging transport and managing payments.
- Admin support to the SMT and Global Team
- Ordering Equipment
- Sending out communications
- Being point of contact and sign-posting queries

**About you - you will need**
- Previous Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience
- Experience reporting to a CEO or at a senior management level
- Technical proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- To be available to start on short notice

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
