The Role / Company
Major Players are working with a global events agency who work with a variety of exciting clients to create outstanding digital experiential activations They are looking for an ambitious and experienced Director to oversee AR, VR and Interactive Storytellingprojects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone thrives off of producing best in class, digitally driven events and branded content, works well when handling complex and challenging projects, and the chance to join a world class agency

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive end-to-end digital projects, providing solid technical expertise and knowledge across client and agency communications
- Oversee workflow from ideation to delivery, including on-site management for live and digital events across AV, VR, immersive and interactive story telling
- Act as a trusted stakeholder and voice in the agency, providing insights and improvements to processes
- Manage 3rd party suppliers from vendors to digital resource
- Actively manage and clearly identify resource such as creative to venue required to meet pipeline, project standards, ensuring the highest quality of work is delivered
- Manage client and agency communication by actively updating on process and any adds, moves or changes
- Maintain strong brand representation and be aware of offerings to clients
- Work closely with Operations, Creative teams and Production to ensure project guidelines are met, overcoming any challenges or issues that may arise
- Lead onsite events from build, live to de-rig
- Confidently lead, mentor and nurture junior staff through the production process
- Ensure project budgets are quoted efficiently, consistently tracked, flagging any issues and reconciliation when needed

Key Requirements
- 5+ years' on-site events experience in an agency environment
- Experience having worked on high quality digital and large-scale events
- Keen eye for detail and enjoys strategic thinking
- Confident event production knowledge across industry standards
- Highly organised and comfortable multitasker
- Strong financial understanding across budget handling

Salary & Benefits:

- £70k-£85k per year
