Major Players are working with a leading experiential agency in London who are looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team. Working with global brands on a variety of projects, in your new role as Project Manager you'll be at the forefront of the company mission, working closely with visionary clients and dynamic team to bring ideas to life.

This role will allow you to work with some of the worlds foremost Fashion, Retail and Sportswear brands.

About the Role:

Project Management:

  • Lead multiple client accounts, overseeing 5-10 projects simultaneously from conception to completion.
  • Navigate through diverse project stages, ensuring seamless coordination and prioritisation.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organisation and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Leverage your understanding of creative design and production processes to drive excellence.

Client Relations:

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
  • Manage project finances, from estimating to invoicing, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Anticipate client needs and align project timelines with commercial objectives.

Team Development:

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, showcasing diplomacy and negotiation skills.
  • Lead by example, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented work culture.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for creativity and brand immersion.
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
  • Calm under pressure, with a positive attitude and resourceful mindset.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project or account management role within an events or experiential led agency environment
