Our client, Lounge Underwear, are looking for Returns Administrators to support their Customer Service and Returns team during their busiest period, Black Friday. This is a temporary vacancy with potential longer term opportunities available, you must be immediately available to start from Monday 7th November. Located at Blythe Valley Business Park, Solihull.

**Returns Administrator**

**Blythe Valley Business Park**

**Temporary**

**£10.00 per hour**

**Monday to Friday (Wednesday's work from home)**

**8am - 4pm**

**1 in 4 weekends 8am - 4pm (working from home)**

**Duties**:

- Returns and exchange management.
- Any returns that come through the system to action and process efficiently
- Where items are missing, to escalate to the Customer Experience team
- Updating customer information on database where required
- Liasing with Customer Experience team with orders and returns

**Requirements**:

- Computer literate - confident with technology and Mircosoft Systems
- Administration experience would be very advantageous
- A desire to learn, grow and succeed.
- Able to pay attention to detail
- A passion for fashion would be very beneficial
