An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diligent and organised individual to join our client’s Fundraising and Communications team as a Fundraising Administrator. Within this team you will play a pivotal role in the efficient functioning of our client’s department.

You will be paid a salary of between £20,611 - £21,780 in return for a 37.5 hour week Monday to Friday, based onsite near Solihull.

As the Fundraising Administrator, some of you key responsibilities will be:

- Answering phone calls and providing assistance to callers with queries.
- Sending out information packs in response to fundraising enquiries.
- Handling and processing incoming post efficiently. Processing online shop orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintaining an organised stockroom.
- Updating and maintaining department calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Depositing monies at the bank and adhering to finance procedures.
- Arranging cash floats for events while following finance protocols.
- Keeping fundraising resources stocked and updated in reception areas.
- Providing support with mailings, printing, and laminating.
- Managing room hire bookings and associated administration tasks.
- Assisting with preparation for fundraising events and other projects.
- Previous experience in administration or office management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Understanding of finance procedures and protocols is desirable.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
