**What we need from you as an Administrator**:

- 6 - 12 months minimum experience of working in an office environment
- Must be numerate
- Be IT literate - our client uses a back-office system, as well as Microsoft Office
- Financial Services experience preferable but not essential
- Have a good level of customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working on own initiative and be personable
- Work well in an existing team

**Tasks/Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with day-to-day general office duties as they come in
- Answering and making calls to institutions and private clients
- Working closely with advisers to produce information required for client meetings

**Salary/Package**:£23,000 to £25,000 per year depending on experience. **Hours**: Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.00pm. 28 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays and auto-enrolment pension.
