**About the role**:
At AXA we're adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and our Tunbridge Wells office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. In this role you can expect to work from home three days of the week, and work with your team in the office two days per week. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. This position boasts a competitive annual salary of up to** £31,000 plus commission of £18,000 paid monthly works out to be £1,500** but this is uncapped so the potential to earn is far greater

**What you'll be doing**:

- Selling to warm qualified leads, you'll ensure customers' needs are met to achieve your Individual targets
- Selling International Private Medical insurance to high networth customers and epxats Globally
- You will earn a percentage of commission for every sale you make
- Selling in both German, Spanish and English language as per the customer requirements
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

**About you**:

- Fluency in German, Spanish and English essential.
- Confidence to act as a champion for a service or process in order to improve it or introduce changes that will be of benefit to the customer. Able to assist with project work and provide data and knowledge where necessary.
- Passionate about working as part of a team responsible for delivering on their promise.
- Accurate and reliable, as well as dependable and accountable.
- Confident, with a pleasant and professional communication style.
- Keen to learn and grow in the role, receptive to feedback when needed.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
