- Very good experience of planned electrical maintenance and reactive electrical repair
- 18th Edition certificate
- A working knowledge of general building facilities maintenance and repair work

- Ability to delegate maintenance and repair tasks
- Very good organisational skills
- Excellent customer service skills

**MAIN JOB DUTIES**:

- Delegation of planned and reactive maintenance work to on site maintenance team
- Carrying out hands on electrical maintenance and electrical repair work
- Supervising a small team of building maintenance staff
- Liaising with the on site client and senior facilities manager
- Reading
