**Office Manager / Front of House (Corporate)**
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful property investment, development and asset management company based in central London in the West End. The role is varied and you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the office and be thefirst point of contact for all visitors and guests.

**Office Manager / Front of House - What will I be doing?**
- Running and management of front of house duties, setting up and closing meeting rooms and being the first point of contact for all visitors
- Arrange regular office social events
- Liaise with the building manager as required
- Managing compliance with the Building Managers contractor and ensuring planned preventative maintenance is carried out
- Managing company contracts and supervision of the cleaning company
- Ensuring maintenance of all the office equipment is carried out e.g. coffee machines, photocopies, franking machine etc
- Acting as one of two first aiders including completing relevant training
- Managing office supplies including cleaning materials, catering and stationery
- Managing the meeting rooms including booking management, catering, refreshments and clearing
- Some assistance with booking travel arrangements for staff
**Office Manager / Front of House - What experience do I need?**:

- Some experience of front of house (office based) / office management / corporate receptionist is essential
- You need to be highly organised with good attention to detail
- You should be personable, have a can-do attitude with bags of initiative
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- You must be passionate about high levels of customer service
- Good skills in Microsoft Office programmes
