Spire Hull is looking to recruit a Stock Control Admin to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Spire Hull and East Riding Hospital is a state-of-the-art private hospital. **Working hours are Monday to Friday 7 am to 3 pm.**

As Stock Control Admin you will be providing a clerical and administrative support function within the theatre department by inputting and reporting data, supporting the departmental management team including the Theatre and Critical Care Manager as required.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Maintain consigned and owned stock systems in accordance with signed agreements and reconcile with Head Office data
- Co-ordinate the supply of healthcare consumables/products to all departments within the hospital
- Update/maintain Master stock spreadsheet to reflect the level and detail of consigned stock and to ensure this is mirrored in STAR
- Communicate professionally with external and internal customers, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Police data management sheets completed by Theatre Team with a view to ensuring all prosthesis and consumables have been captured
- Challenge Theatre Team where data appears incomplete or incorrect and to work with them in order to improve the quality of data recorded
- Work with the Supplies Co-ordinator to ensure that all prosthesis used have been captured in Materials Management prior to charging

**Who we're looking for**:

- Good interpersonal skills are essential
- There is a requirement for literary and numeracy skills
- A basic understanding of clinical terminology would be beneficial
- A basic understanding or experience of stock management in a clinical environment would be also beneficial
- Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential
