Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate data entry and stock levels
  • Process purchase invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries and maintain good relationships
  • Conduct regular stock takes and maintain stock records, providing reports to the management team as required
  • Use Microsoft Excel to record data and produce customer reports
  • Raise purchase orders for consumables and maintain adequate stock levels
  • Perform general administration and office duties
Requirements
  • Educated to A level or equivalent standard
  • Experience in working in an office environment
  • Computer literate with good attention to detail
  • Able to work well both on their own and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good organization skills, with an ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
