We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to serve as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, vendors and visitors. The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager in ensuring seamless business operations allowing colleagues to work efficiently.

This role is office based working Monday to Friday (35 hours per week).

**What you will get up to day to day**
- Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events.
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to ensuring efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Operating the PC Switchboard to handle incoming calls ensuing they are directed to the appropriate people.

**We are looking for someone who**
- Is a highly motivated self-starter who takes ownership, acts positively and proactively to make things happen.
- Has exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Has a passion for delivering a first rate customer service.
- Is able to succinctly articulate key messages in both spoken and written format

**Some of the key responsibilities**
- Answering phone calls, taking messages and managing official correspondence.
- Supporting with the organisation of corporate events.
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Taking inventory of office supplies and order more if needed.
- Helping establish and maintain office procedures.
- Performing reception duties.
