**Customer Service Advisor**

**Hours**:25 hours a week (Monday - Friday)

**Salary**:£15,600 (£23,088 FTE)

**Location**:Hybrid (either Brighton, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Bognor Regis with home working)

**About The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the initial point of contact for the organisation, offering assistance to individuals with their inquiries.
- Guide individuals to relevant resources and services within the organisation or external partners.
- Resolve queries efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

This is a hybrid position and can be based from any of our centres (Bognor Regis, Haywards Heath, Horsham or Brighton), with the option to work from home on a regular basis. With convenient hours from 10am to 3pm or 9.30am-2.30pm, Monday to Friday, this position offers flexibility for work-life balance.
