**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
At Specsavers Slough, our Receptionists and Call Centre colleagues play an essential in shaping the start of our patient's journey.

We are looking for someone with experience in customer service to join our team and help to enhance the experience our patients receive. Strong communication skills, quick thinking & an organised approach are essential qualities we are looking for in any interested applicant. A willingness to help & a friendly and professional approach is essential in succeeding in this role.

You will be offered full training to develop and expand your knowledge of Optics and Audiology, to enable you to support with all customer enquiries, ensuring the highest levels of customer care are maintained.

In joining our team, you’ll help to ensure that every patient receives a great experience from the moment the first contact our practice, helping us to offer the best service possible.

This role includes (but is not limited to):

- Triage and transferring calls to the relevant personnel/department efficiently.
- Booking, confirming and re-arranging appointments.
- Working in a multi-disciplinary team, helping to offer excellent customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £23,000.00 per year
