**The Company**
This global Legal Professional Services group, operating within the UK, Europe, US and Asia, has a reputation for delivering outstanding services and innovative product solutions. The business has established a track record for completing international assignmentson behalf of a worldwide blue-chip client base. The development of internal legal technology capabilities has led to the creation of a new opportunity for a Product Specialist to join an expanding Technology team in a client facing technical role. Workingat the heart of digital transformation, you will work with the Product Owner, relevant Stakeholders, and clients on day-to-day activities for the development and adoption of client facing technology solutions.

**Key Responsibilities** of the Technology Product Specialist
- Support the delivery of a technology tool that is both internal and external client facing
- Help establish best practice with the team and significantly advance knowledge and usage of the tools
- Work with stakeholders to deliver ongoing benefits
- Support upskilling stakeholders across the business
- Complete user testing and support go live activities
- Deploy Agile project management methodologies as well as IT best practice to provide an excellent and efficient service to all stakeholders

**Skills & Attributes** of the Technology Product Specialist
- Technically minded with good problem-solving skills
- Business Analysis techniques and understanding, including discovery and evaluation
- Enthusiastic and self-aware, adapting style to suit the situation
- Displays high standards of professional and personal conduct
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Identifies issues across a range of situations and uses initiative to resolve
- Demonstrates an awareness of risk issues in the context of their day-to-day activities
- Able to escalate accordingly and provide an informed point of view
