Advanced Social Worker in Fostering - You will be a qualified Social Worker and will have significant experience in working with Children Looked After. You will coordinate multiagency plans of support to children and deal with safeguarding issues effectively. You will support the manager in developing your staff team and ensure high quality service delivery.

You should have a track record of success in children's social care. You will be used to working collaboratively with other agencies, using formulation to understand children's experiences, and have good levels of experience in providing quality support to team members. You will be provided with development opportunities and strong peer and management support to help ensure success in the role.
