Our Urology and robotic theatre service are looking for a motivated, innovative, and patient focused theatre practitioner to join our team.
We are looking to complete a workforce that are dynamic thinkers, have the patients’ best interests at heart and can work in Urology and robotic theatres.
This is a post for a perioperative practitioner, learning and embedding the necessary skills and knowledge to enable them to participate as an active team member in scrub.
Whilst acquiring the specialist skills they will act as support within the peri-operative environment. The post holder will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs in the perioperative environment and during transfers.
They will work collaboratively and co-cooperatively with others to meet the care needs of the patients.

**We are seeking**:
Surgical Theatre Practitioners - Are you newly qualified, due to qualify or work currently in the operating department?
We are looking for practitioners who can provide skilled perioperative support during the surgical phase of care predominately in Orthopaedics, General Surgery Urology and Breast Surgery.
In return, we can support practitioners to gain the skills they need to develop both their leadership and clinical journeys.
We are able to offer you education and training (role specific) in:
Advanced Life Support
Paediatric Life Support
**Post registration Degree pathways in**:
Healthcare leadership and management
Perioperative care of the patient
Care Certification
Quality Assessment Framework in clinical support activities
Modern Apprentices - both registered and unregistered
Masters Level education (course dependent)
Mentorship
Preceptorship
