Spares Tendering and Contracts Coordinator

This Spares Tendering and Contracts Coordinator role is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly successful business that in recent years celebrated its centenary.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good lines of communication with customers, providing estimated work costs and performing contract reviews.
**Responsibilities**:
- Liaising with Sales Team colleagues in order to determine the price to be quoted when necessary.
- Creation of Sales Quotations within the ERP system.
- Initially reviewing Terms & Conditions of the Contract.
- Conversion of Sales Quotations to Customer Orders within the ERP system, performing contract reviews, allocating contract requirements and acknowledging customer orders.
**About you**:
- Experience in a similar role within Industrial, Marine or Engineering environments.
- It would be advantageous to have a recognised engineering qualification (ONC or above)
- A working knowledge of ERP systems.
