My client is a part of a large main dealer garage, that offer sales and aftersales on a range of LCV & HGV products, one of the largest franchises for their specific manufacturer.
**Job Description - Sales Support Co-ordinator**:
- To administer the Used Truck Sales Process including stock management, monitoring vehicle costs, processing the monthly paid Forecast.
- Process Part Exchanges
- Process direct customer purchases and payments
- Assist in the management of the Contract Hire expiry report. To track incoming vehicles, ensuring the smooth running of the returns process.
- To secure finance instructions and payment from customers in a timely manner
- To assist in the effective management of vehicle costs and GP variance
- Updating DVLA with the correct vehicle owner details
- Updating VDA with the correct vehicle owner details
- Month End Reporting
**The successful Sales Support Co-ordinator**:
- First class organisation & administrative skills
- Ability to prioritise and plan effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Self-motivated and capable of working under own initiative
- Proactive & forward thinking.
- Managing all internal online del files ensuring they are kept up to date with orders, cost sheets and taxation paperwork
- Maintaining and updating Used Truck Excel Spread sheet of all work in progress and paid vehicles
**Required knowledge & experience**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the Automotive Industry
- Experience in a fast paced commercial environment.
- Experience of working to demanding targets
- Practical skills, experience and knowledge of modern vehicle industry processes and Legislative Regulations
- IT literate with Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Have a full and current UK driving Licence
**What's on offer**:
This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months
Salary - £24k
Working week - Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 17:00pm (Office based)
**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
