My client is looking for a payroll and finance administrator to join their team on a hybrid basis with. The payroll officer will work within this hospitality brand on full time permanent basis, If you're looking for a company that wants to help further yourcareer and a fun inspiring work place. - Running the monthly payrolls end to end
- Travel and Expense Administration
- Fleet Administration
- P11Ds
- Reconciliations and journals
- 3rd party payments
- Reconciliation of payroll related accounts
- Expense Administration and journal upload to accounting system on a timely basis
- Company charge card administration
- Travel administration
- Reconciliation of T&E Accounts
- Duty of Care administration
- Car administration of hire bookings and ordering/cancelling fuel cards
- Checking, coding and approval of various car related invoices
- Administration of the mileage capture system
- Update and submission of P46 car returns and P11Ds for all employees

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-year payroll experience gained within an inhouse Payroll/HR
- Experience of accounting and reconciliations
- Proven experience in successfully executing an Administrator role in a fast-paced environment
- Have provided outstanding customer support
- Excellent range of IT skills
- Proactive in introducing efficiencies
