**We have Support Worker oppourtinites available at our support service called the Community Enterprise**

Our Support Workers provide person centred support to empower adults with learning disabilities and autism. These individuals may display behaviours that challenge and have complex needs. You will support them to live a fulfilled and independent life back into the community.

As a Support Worker at our Community Enterprise, you would support vulnerable adults with a learning disability in the community to acess a range of physical activities, from their hobbies, sports & exercise, social interaction and volunteering.

**We do not require experience**, You will receive full training around autism, forensic risk, trauma informed support and positive behavioural support. We will enable you to gain your essential skills certificate. You will have regular supervision meetings with your team leader to support your developing.

At Millennium Support, we specialise in supporting adults with learning disabilities, Autism and complex trauma on their journeys through life and in the community. We support a person no matter their situation and fulfil lives wherever we are.

- **£11.75 per hour.**:

- Full or Part Time contracts available.

- Play an integral role in the team and contribute to updating support plans.

- Document and maintain accurate records of support.
- Supporting individuals to get involved in different activities in and around their local areas, in line with their hobbies and interests.
- Empowering people to gain life skills; Maintaining their own home, shopping, cooking, cleaning, managing their own finances and other aspects of their life.
