**Document Controller**

**Plymouth**

**Contract**

My client has secured a large amount of work within the defence sector in Plymouth and is looking for a Document Controller to join them on a contract basis.

You will take responsibility and control for all documents in line with defence deliverables. You will ensure that all documents are controlled and labelled in line with all systems and procedures.

**Duties will include**:

- Manage the document control process efficiency and successfully.
- Manage others to support the document control process.
- Complete clarity of the document requirements for defence projects.
- Manage all IT portals and systems in line with document processes.
- Ensure documents are stored and filed in the required timescales.
- Attend review meetings as required.
- Must have experience working in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the administration and documentation process.
- Must be able to manage and maintain specific E-systems/portals.
- Able to write clear and concise minutes & reports.
- Must be able to obtain a DBS.
