**The Role**
- This role is working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, day shifts
- The role will be working with our Quality Team, which has 10 team members
- The role is to act as an Administrator for the Department; including managing Document Control, completing label printing and scanning

**Key Responsibilities**
- To manage and support the Document Control & Data Management Process onsite
- To manage the Stamp Control register and allocation of Quality stamps
- To management the Quality Alert Register
- To complete label printing (Product Identification) and to support daily production activities
- To archive documents, ensuring they are stored in the right location and format
- To digitally scan and file all documents in the correct format and location
- To work as a team to help complete and action any KPI’s for your team and site

**Skills and qualifications**

**Essential**:

- Previous experience of managing data
- Computer literate

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in an office administration role
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Previous experience of Document Control
