As a Junior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our organization. Working under the guidance of senior staff members, you will assist in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities. **Responsibilities**:
Data Entry: Assist in maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets, and other records accurately and efficiently.

Document Preparation: Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting documents and reports,

Scheduling: Coordinate appointments team members.

Filing and Organization: Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of documents.

Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.

Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional assistance to clients, visitors, and staff members as the first point of contact.

Assistance to Senior Staff: Support senior administrators or managers administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanour.

Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
