The COMPANY
Our client is a global marketing agency for the IT industry. They specialise in helping Managed Service IT companies with lead generation. Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team to book appointments for their clients.
The ROLE
The successful Internal Sales Manager will be required to do the following:
*Lead of team of 10 Telesales Executives.
*The team Introduce products, services and book appointments.
*You are responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining.
*Resolve?customer complaints or answer client's questions regarding policies and procedures.
*Hold regular meetings and training sessions.
*The team culture involves regular socials, monthly competitions and awards for notable achievements.
The CANDIDATE
*Managerial or team leader experience leading a sales team.
*The ability to work successfully in a target-based environment.
*Resilient, confident, and tenacious with an engaging personality.
*The Sales Manager will have experience working with a CRM and producing reports.
*Excellent communication skills
