Anthony D Evans Insurance is a family run business offering a variety of insurance policies including Horsebox, Car, Household and Commercial Vehicle. Operating since 1978, the office is very busy across all areas of personal lines, both new business and renewals. With a high staff retention we have an rare and exciting opportunity to join our small, very friendly and happy team.

The staff are very hands-on in our office. We do not have separate departments so we all work on all aspects of insurance which makes day to day work very varied. The role includes:

- Operating in all areas of personal lines insurance - from motor and specialist vehicle to household, travel and public liability
- Customer contact including inbound and outbound quoting, mid-term adjustments, customer queries and renewals
- Administration of client records
- Proactively chasing new business leads
- General administration duties such as preparing documents, administering online quotes/policies and taking payments.

We are looking for an individual with experience working within an insurance role, ideally from a broker background within personal lines. However experience working within general insurance or a customer service role will be considered. We are looking for the best fit within the business rather than someone with pages of experience.

Competitive salary dependent upon experience.

20 days holiday + bank holidays

Hours of work:
8.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday

8.00am - 12pm occasional Saturdays

This is an office based role and not suitable for hybrid working.
