We are seeking for enthused and dedicated individuals to join our Senior team to continue providing excellent care for our residents, enabling the best care and supporting the Home Manager.

Care Assistants that are looking for their next step in your career will be considered.

**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Leading your team and working in partnership with the manager to ensure the smooth running of the home
- Providing excellent care and support to our residents
- ensuring the safe administration of medication in accordance with current standards
- completing Mandatory training
- Creating and carrying out person centred care plans on our online based care service Person Centred Software
- Offering a safe, caring stable environment to the people we support
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
- Support, guide and mentor other members of your team
- Carrying out Supervisions with your team
- Carrying out Team meetings on a weekly basis to discuss any positive improvements

- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)

**Licence/Certification**:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred or working towards)

**Salary**: From £11.53 per hour
