Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our senior clinical team at Arran View Care Home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Support a Team: Guide and support a team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Provide Person-Centred Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Medication Management: Ensure the safe administration of medication, adhering to regulatory guidelines and best practices.
  • Compliance and Quality: Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring our home operates in accordance with industry standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with management and other stakeholders to ensure seamless home operations, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Mentorship and Development: Support and mentor team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
