An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Quality, Safety and Patient Experience Directorate, Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust, for Putting Things Right Administrators.. Both full and part-time posts (37.5 hours per week or 22.5 hours per week) on a permanent basis are additional roles in our newly implemented structure. The base will be at either Matrix One - Swansea, VPH - Cwmbran or Ty Elwy - St Asaph, plus home working. To be confirmed on appointment.

Provide administrative support on specific projects within the Putting Things Right team, liaising directly with the Putting Things Right Coordinator..

Be the first point of contact in receiving and registering complaints from the public and any queries or requests for information from both internal and external stakeholders.

Provide administrative support across all of the Putting Things Right functions, providing opportunities for the postholder to gain a wide knowledge and experience base.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

To provide comprehensive administrative support to members of the Quality, Safety and Patient Experience Directorate Putting Things Right Team. The post holder will work within the overall framework of the NHS PTR Regulations and Duty of Candour and Trust Policies and guidelines for the management of complaints.
To provide administrative support on specific projects within the Putting Things Right team, liaising directly with the relevant managers across the PTR functions..
