**The Role**:
As our HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our HR Advisory team. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Delivering HR administrative support to clients, including issuing offers of employment, new starter paperwork, and conducting reference checks.
- Managing client HR systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Drafting letters and updating appraisal forms.
- Supporting formal meetings as a note-taker.
- Creating and updating client handbooks and policies.
- Assisting with training activities and preparing materials.
- Escalating HR issues to the appropriate team members.
- Completing audits of client HR files and reporting the results.
- Experience working in a fast-paced HR environment.
- A base knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of the needs of small businesses (desirable).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
