**Admin Support Officer**

Sheltered Support Officer required as soon as possible to provide the sheltered team with administration support including recording of meeting notes, monitoring and processing of team KPI's, processing of invoices and payments via i proc, issuing and monitoring of resident fobs.

**Duties include**:
Assisting with smooth running and monitoring of scheme systems including CCTV, door entry and telecare equipment, managing team PPE supplies and COVID data, assisting with processing of repairs and special projects.

A key service link with residents includes answering telephone calls, updating Open Housing with notes and completing follow up with other teams and services. Acting as a link for contractors and assisting in arrangements/projects for housing teams including fire prevention/compliance, gas and capital works.

Access to own car is really helpful as sometimes need to support scheme officers with admin at different sites, mileage between sites can be claimed

Needs to be someone who is flexible to help with service projects and someone who is good with IT word, excel, Microsoft and likes to use data bases once trained.

£12.57 per hour PAYE

Monday to Friday covering 36 hours
