**Job description**
**Role responsibilities**
- General administration tasks
- Working closely with contracts manager to assist in the day to day running of contracts
- Supporting other members of staff when required
- Manage new job requests from receipt to completion using online portal and inhouse system
- Communicate with engineers
- Key point of contact for our customers, keeping them updated with work progress
- Take calls from customers and engineers to assist in any queries
- Ad Hoc duties as and when required
**Job Role requirements**
- Previous office administration experience
- Motivated with good attention to detail
- Have the ability to pick new things up quickly
- Good Excel knowledge
- Good organisation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly and approachable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to prioritise workload to meet company deadlines
- Willing attitude to assist other departments
- Cover for staff annual leave
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
