Receptionist / Customer Services / Admin Executive

An excellent opportunity has arisen in our company for someone who is need of a stable job with an element of flexibility where hours can be adjusted around family commitments such as school runs.
We are looking for an experienced receptionist / admin / customer services manager with a steady CV and a minimum track record of 2 years (continuous) experience in the same or a similar office based admin type role.
Icon Offices is a provider of Luxury Serviced Offices and Business Associated Services to small and medium sized businesses.
We have are looking for someone to join our team and work at our Chadwell Heath Office (post code Rm6 6AX).
You will be based on the front desk and will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the Business Centre.
**Duties will include the following**:
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Sorting mail and parcels and notifying clients.
- Assisting tenants, web based customers, visitors and potential customers with queries
- Marketing our offices and services to potential new clients.
- Creating licences and contracts for tenants.
- Managing the site on a daily basis to ensure everything is running smoothly and that tenants are not breaking any rules.
- Making ad hoc trips to our other business centres. Travel will be paid for.
- Various other PA and administration duties.

**Requirements**:
- Applicant should have previous experience of working in an office environment with a steady CV.
- Applicant should have excellent written and spoken English.
- Applicant should be well presented.
- Applicant should be well organised and motivated.
- Applicant should be able to work in a high pressure environment and be able to multi task.
- Applicant should have good people skills.
- Applicant should have good attention to detail.
- Applicant should be DBS clear (we can pay DBS fees if necessary)
**Salary**
Salary consists of £10.00 per hour plus approximately £1.08 per hour contribution to holiday pay coming to a total of around £11.08 per hour. You do not need to take holiday if you do not want to and can take the cash entitlement instead.
**Recruitment Process**
**This is a 3 stage recruitment process**
**a) Step 1 - Telephone interview lasting approximately 20 - 60 minutes**
**b) Step 2 Literacy and numeracy test (which can be done remotely)**
**c) Step 3 - face to face interview / meeting and hire**
**Salary**: £11.08 per hour
