The Children’s Hub requires an Administration Assistant to support a busy Multi-Agency service which responds to contacts relating to children and young people and their families and determines the most appropriate outcome in terms of support or safeguarding within specified timescales.

Main duties include organising meetings, taking minutes, preparing and sending letters and other office tasks. Strong IT skills are essential together with a clear understanding of the need for confidentiality.

This is a busy team so the ability to be flexible and manage and prioritise workloads is essential to the service.
