**About the Trust**

The University Hospital of North Tees is located on the outskirts of Stockton town centre, and it is easily accessible via both car and public transport. There is onsite parking and additional visitor car parking on Hardwick Road (fees will apply). It has an onsite restaurant where staff are eligible for a discount. There is also a café where drinks and light snacks are available.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Undertake a full range of administrative support tasks, both within clinical administrative departments and onward and clinic areas as and when required in line with service needs and priorities.
- Adhere to all work-related policies, procedures and guidelines, ensuring that all work outputs are completed as required and that all related targets and timescales are met.
- Use all appropriate technologies and equipment to their optimum functionality to assist in the provision of an efficient, effective and comprehensive administrative service to support the provision of care to patients.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- both verbal and written
- Microsoft office skills
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Previous admin experience
- NHS System Knowledge
- TrakCare, SystmOne, Medi viewer
- Previous NHS experience
