We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join an established and expanding company based In St Columb
This role is ideally being offered on a full time basis 37.5 hours a week, but they would consider part time hours 30 hours over 4 days.
My client can also offer hybrid working on a Wednesday and Friday each week depending on business needs once fully trained up.
Working hours Monday to Friday 09.00-17:00 with an hour’s lunch - 37.5 hours per week. This role is paying between £11.50 - £12.50 per an hour depending on experience.
This role is a long contract to start on the 26th June until the 29th May 2024
**Key Duties to include**:
- Proactively manage standard of customer service
- Work with internal departments to ensure customers enquiries and complaints are dealt with efficiently, quickly and positively
- Ensure customers are informed of cany changes or delays in their orders
- Ensure customers accounts are trading within credit terms and liaise with finance where necessary
- Completed all export procedures and admin requirements are followed to ensure timely shipment of orders
- Provide feedback from customers to production and marketing
**Requirements**:
- 1+ years previous experience in an office-based customer service, operational support, or coordinator role
- Direct experience of organising and managing multiple projects at any one time
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Willingness to resolve anomalies through investigation and problem solving
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Passionate, creative, organised, team player
