**Responsibilities**:

- ** Requirements Gathering and Analysis**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- This might involve asking questions, seeking clarity, and ensuring you have all the information needed to complete the task effectively.
- **Documentation and Communication**:

- Create clear and concise business requirement documents, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
- This includes ensuring that the work is complete, meets the required quality standards, and is presented in a professional manner.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Work closely with business units to implement streamlined and effective business processes.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyse and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business intelligence.
- **Project Co-ordination**:

- Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Contribute to the development of project timelines and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- **Task Ownership**:

- Responsibility for completing tasks effectively, efficiently, and autonomously, while ensuring clear communication and quality outcomes.
- This might involve suggesting improvements, finding efficiencies, or helping to solve unforeseen problems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in business analysis or IT project management would be advantageous.

**In addition**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques.
- Enthusiasm
- Willingness to learn product, processes and services offered.
- This position is mostly office-based, necessitating your ability to commute to our Staines-upon-Thames office.
- Travel to our client partners' offices across the UK may be required from time to time
