**Job Summary:**

The ADP Employer Services International (ESI) organization is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert: Business Resilience and Risk Management to join the ESI Business Security Office. This role will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of security within the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with Business Units to ensure clients and associates are aligned with current security practices and policies. They will represent the Global Security Organization (GSO) and interface with respective UK, Ireland, Sweden, and Netherlands business units and stakeholders to consult on, drive, and support various security initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support business resilience by developing and implementing business continuity plans and conducting exercises to manage incidents and crises.
  • Identify, document, and monitor business unit risks and controls within the global security taxonomy, providing risk reporting and advising on risk mitigation and remediation.
  • Provide governance over and support established business incident and technology incident processes.
  • Be a partner in ensuring product security by providing insights through reporting, conversations with product management, and GSO subject matter experts.
  • Use tools and bring value to our relationships with business units at any level of the organization.
  • Support the adoption of security transformation programs and position security as a market differentiator for clients, sales, and business growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business units, effectively managing security risks and fostering a transparent, cutting-edge security culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
  • English language fluency required.
  • Information security-related certifications and security product certifications are desirable.
  • Security and/or risk management experience in a large and complex business environment.
  • Experience in business process improvement or project management.
  • Knowledge of security methodologies, policies, industry standards, certifications, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with MS Office 365 applications.

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
